Shipping
All items are shipped in 1 to 2 business days (unless otherwise noted) via the United States Postal Service (USPS). If you would like your products quickly, just select an expedited shipping option and you can recieve your item in one or two business days.
Returns & Exchanges
Returns and Exchanges are accepted within 30 days of purchase. We are unable to refund a purchase if returned after 60 days of purchase, so please check your merchandise promptly. Personalized items, such as engraved ID tags, can not be returned or exchanged unless a mistake was made in the personalization. We want you to be completely satisfied with your order so if something isn't right, let us know and we'll do the best we can to resolve it. To return or exchange a product, first email admin@tagengrave.com to get authorization and we'll let you know how to ship the item back to us.
In rare situations where a damaged or wrong item is shipped, TagEngrave.com will incur all shipping costs. However, for other exchanges, we ask that you split the shipping costs (buyer pays to ship the item back to us and TagEngrave.com pays to ship the new item back to the buyer).
